NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered July 18, 2023 in Civil Case No. 53-2022-CA-001615 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Polk County,
Bartow, Florida, wherein SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING LLC is Plaintiff and WILLIAM PEASLEE, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, STACY BUTTERFIELD, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 16th day of October, 2023 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Commence at the Southeast corner of Section 13, Township 29 South, Range 23 East, Polk County, Florida, run thence North 89 degrees 59 minutes 21 seconds West along the South boundary thereof 1140 feet to a point; run thence North 00 degrees 17 minutes 15 seconds West 260 feet to the point of beginning; from said point of beginning continue thence North 00 degrees 17 minutes 15 seconds West 100 feet to a point; run thence South 89 degrees 59 minutes 21 seconds East 170 feet to a point; run thence South 00 degrees 17 minutes 15 seconds East 74.87 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the Northwest having a radius of 25 feet; run thence Southwesterly along said curve through a central angle of 90 degrees 17 minutes 54 seconds 39.38 feet to the end of said curve; run thence North 89 degrees 59 minutes 21 seconds West 144.87 feet to the point of beginning, being Lot 11 of Block 2 of the unrecorded subdivision of Executive Estates.
