NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 30, 2023, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-2019-CA-000847-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-OA4 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OA4, Plaintiff, and ALEXANDER GOMEZ A/K/A ALEXANDER H. GOMEZ; CLAUDIA P. GOMEZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. (MIN#100133700019675266); GOLDEN GATE ESTATES AREA CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/.A YENNI HERNANDEZ, are Defendants.

KINZEL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Multipurpose Room in Customer Service, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on the 18th day of January, 2024, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:

PAGE 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
