The undersigned has been appointed by the Court as Guardian ad Litem, Administrator ad Litem, and Attorney ad Litem for certain Defendants and any Unknown Party who may claim as heir, Devisee, Grantee, Assignee, Lienor, Creditor, Trustee, or Other Claimant, By Through, under or against the Defendants in this matter. This case was initiated as a partition action under the Uniform Partition of Heirs Property Act, for the unimproved property commonly known as Government Lot Six (6), Section Twenty-three (23), Township Fifty-Two (52) South, Range Twenty-six (26) East, of the Tallahassee Meridian, Collier County, Florida.
Our research further reveals that Walter C. Maloney, Jr. was the sole owner of the property, who died intestate in or around 1894. At the time of his death, he had eight children: John Bartlum Maloney, William Frances Maloney, Charles Stuart Maloney, George Clifton Maloney, Francis “Frank” Maloney Antonette Maloney-Wilson, Elizabeth Maloney-Demeritt and Mable York Maloney-Bacom.
