NOTICE is hereby given that a civil action commenced on May 24, 2023, and is now pending as case number 2023-001995-CA in the Circuit Court in the State of Florida, County of Charlotte.

This notice shall be published once each week for four consecutive weeks in the Business Observer publication.
Each defendant is required to serve written defenses to the Complaint on plaintiff's attorney, Stefanny Rosales, Esq., whose address is 10853 Boyette Road, Riverview, FL 33569, on or before the 30th day after the first publication of this Notice, and to file the original of the defenses with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If a defendant fails to do so, a default will be entered agtainst that defendant for the relief damanded in the complaint or pettion.
