Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 14, 2023 in the above-styled Case Number 2020 CA 005391 SC in the Circuit Court of SARASOTA, Florida, that the Clerk of Court shall sell the following property, in SARASOTA County, Florida, described as:
Lot 411, PELICAN POINT GULF & COUNTRY CLUB, Unit 8, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 41, Pages 30-30E of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Property address of: 690 Back Nine Drive, Venice, FL 34293 at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on OCTOBER 18, 2023. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
