NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 8, 2023, and entered in Case No. 2023 CA 001054 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Onslow Bay Financial LLC, is the Plaintiff and Siesta Acquisition LLC, Strathmore Riverside Villas Association, Inc., Unknown Party#1 N/K/A Anthony Marrow, Unknown Party#2 N/K/A Matthew Ford, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the October 11, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT V-93, STRATHMORE RIVERSIDE VILLAS SECTION 1, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 836, PAGES 207, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, INCLUDING OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2857, PAGES 873 WHICH SUPERSEDES
THE ORIGINAL DECLARATION AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 3, PAGES 50, 50A, 50B & 50C AND AMENDMENTS THERETO. PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
