NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 11, 2023 in Civil Case No. 19-CA-005568 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, wherein HOME POINT FINANCIAL CORPORATION is Plaintiff and Rundos Equity, LLC, A Florida Limited Liability Company, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Kevin C. Karnes, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee. realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the day of October 13, 2023 at 9:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 141, PARKWOOD, SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 57, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
