NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I, the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, will on the 13 day of October, 2023, at public sale by electronic sales beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com , in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes sell to the highest bidder, for cash, the following-described real property:
Lot 12, Block 136, Unit 41, MIRROR LAKES SUBDIVISION, SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 27, Page 128, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida a/k/a 371 Claridge Circle, Lehigh Acres, FL 33974
The said sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, in Civil Action No. 2023-CA-001958, Tarpon Bay General Contractors, Inc. d/b/a Fence Dynamics v. Heather Romero-Gomez, et als.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
