NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order on Motion to Cancel and Reschedule the September18, 2023 Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 18th day of September 2023, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-004998, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A KYLE ISHIE; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 N/K/A ERIN ISHIE; RIVERCREST COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; CHARLES J. WHITE; LACEY N. WHITE; DOWNWIND MANAGEMENT, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. Cindy Stuart as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 23rd day of October, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
