NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 11th of August 2023, in Case No. 22-003064-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST AS TRUSTEE FOR PNPMS TRUST II, is the Plaintiff. Final Judgment is hereby entered in favor of the Plaintiff, against Defendants, CONSTANCE B. BYRNES A/K/A CONSTANCE BYRNES A/K/A CONSTANCE R. BYRNES; ROBERT MICHAEL BYRNES.; FLORENCE A. BLACK; RALPH W. BLACK; MIDLAND FUNDING LLC; TD BANK USA, N.A; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2. Ken Burke Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 10th day of October 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
