NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Sale dated August 28, 2023, and entered in Case No. 2021-005966-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Phuong Van Binh Le and Vina Nakhiengchanh is the Plaintiff and Kevin Wells, Yamisha Wells, Crystal Banks, Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, State of Florida, Department of Revenue, Mantis Funding, LLC, Wells Builders, LLC, The City of St. Petersburg, Cemex Construction Materials Florida, LLC, and World Global Financing, Inc., , are Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM EST on the 17th day of October, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
PARCEL 1: LOT 3, BLOCK 6, RESUBDIVISION OF WEST CENTRAL AVENUE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
PARCEL 2: LOTS 4 AND 5, BLOCK 6, RESUBDIVISION OF WEST CENTRAL AVENUE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
