NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 22-004447-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC, Plaintiff, and, FRANCES MAHAR, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 24th day of October, 2023, the following described property:
LOT 22, BLOCK 7, OF TYRONE GARDENS SECTION ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.032.
