1978 mobile home, Title No. 14980643 and 14980644, VIN No. CELTFL81092U and CELTFL81092X, and unknown contents thereof, and on the 3rd day of October, 2023, at 679 Poinsettia, Largo, Pinellas County, Florida 33770, at the hour of 10:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as possible, the landlord will offer for sale “AS IS” “WHERE IS” the aforesaid property at public outcry and will sell the same, subject to ownership rights, liens, and security interests which have priority by law, if any, to the highest and best bidder or bidders for CASH, the proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs of storage, advertising and sale, due and owing the landlord.
