NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 16, 2023, and entered in Case No. 52-2023-CA-001139 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank NA, successor trustee to Bank of America, NA, successor in interest to LaSalle Bank NA, as trustee, on behalf of the holders of the Washington Mutual Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, WMALT Series 2006-AR5, is the Plaintiff and Jerome Joseph Salata, Jr, Unknown Party #1 N/K/A Star Blair, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the October 3, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
