NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Uniform Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 8, 2023, in the above-styled cause, KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10 a.m. on October 25, 2023, the following described property:
Lot 11, Block D, Subdivision: LINCOLN PLACE, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 53, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and all exhibits thereto, and any amendments thereof.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
