YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of UNIT 1521 and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of COACHMAN CREEK, A CONDOMINIUM, and exhibits attached thereto, all as recorded in O.R. Book 4913, Pages 1436 through 1502, inclusive, and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 36, Pages 88 through 105, inclusive, together with additions and amendments to said Declaration of Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, all as recorded in the Public Records of PINELLAS County, Florida.

Has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses within 20 days after the first publication, if any, on Jason Clark, Esq, Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 2435 US Highway 19, Suite 410 Holiday, Florida 34691, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's Attorney, or immediately thereafter, otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
