YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action enforce and foreclosure a lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
UNIT 1012, BAYFRONT TOWER CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 72 TO 87, INCL. AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4313, PAGE 1353, AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH ALL IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, INCLUDING EQUIPMENT, FIXTURES AND FURNISHINGS CONTAINED THEREIN PER CONTRACT. (“Property”)
Property Address: 1 Beach Drive SE Unit 1012, St. Petersburg, Florida 33710.
A Lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Rabin Parker Gurley, P.A., Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 2653 McCormick Drive, Clearwater, Florida 33759, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in The Business Observer.
