NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING BY THE PINELLAS COUNTY SCHOOLS INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS ADOPTION REVIEW COMMITTEES.
Pursuant to Section 1006.28, a public meeting is being scheduled to rank and recommend Social Studies instructional materials for Grades 6-12.
The public meetings will be held on:
Middle School (Grades 6-8) Social Studies Instructional Materials- Tuesday, October 3, 2023 at 5:00 pm at The Stavros Institute, 12100 Starkey Rd, Largo, FL 33773
High School (Grades 9-12) Social Studies Instructional Materials- Wednesday, October 4, 2023 at 5:00 pm at Largo High School, 410 Missouri Ave. N., Largo, FL 33770
Advanced Placement (AP) Social Studies Instructional Materials- Thursday, October 5, 2023 at 5:00 pm at Osceola Fundamental High School, 9751 98th St., N., Seminole, FL 33777
Instructional Materials in consideration for the Grades 6-12 Social Studies Adoption are available for review at the following website https://www.pcsb.org/Page/41062 and with the Instructional Materials Department located at the Walter Pownall Service Center, 11111 S. Belcher Rd., Largo, FL 33773.
