NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order Graning Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel the September 27, 2023 Foreclosure Sale Date entered in Civil Case No. 19-000860-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and SANDRA READ and HERBERT R. DONICA, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, KEN BURKE, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pinellas County's On-Line Public Auction website: https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on January 24, 2024, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in PINELLAS County, Florida, as set forth in said Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 39, ORANGE HILL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 77, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
