NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 13, 2023 and entered in Case No. 532023CA000300000000, of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE OF CIM TRUST 2021-NR2 is Plaintiff and ANNA M. CONE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANNA M. CONE; DEBRA A. CONE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DEBRA A. CONE; KATLIN A. CONE; JAMIE S. CONE; CALEB B. CONE; MADISON O. CONE; BENJAMIN L. CONE; JOSEPH D. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.1-21.5.
