Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in Pasco County Civil Court, Court of Pasco County, Florida on the 21st day of April, 2023, in the cause wherein Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union, was Plaintiff, and Margaret M Eickhoff and Dale Eickhoff, was Defendant, being case number 51-10-CA-6682-WS in said Court.

I, Chris Nocco, as Sheriff of Pasco County, Florida, have levied upon all the right, title, and interest of the defendant, Margaret M Eickhoff and Dale Eickhoff, in and to the following described property, to wit:

I shall offer this property for sale “AS IS” on November 1, 2023, 10:00am, or as soon thereafter as possible, at Crocket's Towing 13601 US-41, Spring Hill, FL 34610 in the County of Pasco, State of Florida. I will offer for sale all of the Defendant's right, title, and interest in aforesaid property at public outcry and will sell the same, subject to all prior liens, encumbrances, and judgments, if any, to the highest and best bidder or bidders for CASH IN HAND, the proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs and the satisfaction of the above-described execution.
