Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 2 and 3 of the Order on INXS V LLC's Motion for Rehearing on Motion to Intervene and Association's Motion to Reset entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, Case No. 22-CC-008845 the Clerk of the Court, Hillsborough County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:
Unit 1721, of THE GRAND RESERVE CONDOMINIUM AT TAMPA, FLORIDA, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in OR Book 16005, Page 672, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with an undivided share or interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on October 13, 2023. The sale shall be conducted online at www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
