NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 22-CA-006083 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Pingora Loan Servicing, LLC, Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, And Trustees of Cassandra Sharp Tinsley a/k/a Cassandra Gail Tinsley a/k/a Carassenda Gail Tinsley a/k/a Carasandra Gail Sharp, Deceased, and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant(s) are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Cindy Stuart, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on November 6, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
