NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 22-CA-006083 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Pingora Loan Servicing, LLC, Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, And Trustees of Cassandra Sharp Tinsley a/k/a Cassandra Gail Tinsley a/k/a Carassenda Gail Tinsley a/k/a Carasandra Gail Sharp, Deceased, and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant(s) are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Cindy Stuart, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on November 6, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
PARCEL A: LOT BEGINNING 236 FEET WEST OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 1, DECKLE'S SUBDIVISION, OF THE SW 1/4 OF SW 1/4 OF SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 89, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE RUN WEST 50 FEET; NORTH 100 FEET; EAST 50 FEET AND SOUTH 100 FEET TO BEGINNING, PARCEL B: A LOT BEGINNING 320 FEET EAST OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 1, AND RUN EAST 19 FEET, NORTH 100 FEET, WEST 19 FEET, AND SOUTH 100 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, DECKLE'S SUBDIVISION, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 89, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
