YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiff, BAYPOINTE PRESERVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, Inc., has filed an action against you in the County Court for Pinellas County to foreclose a claim of lien for assessments related to certain real property located and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, and described as follows:
Unit 4105, Building 400, of Baypointe Preserve, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 15132, Page(s) 736, and all subsequent amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
This action is titled BAYPOINTE PRESERVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, Inc., v. BRETT CELLA, et al., Case Number: 22-CC-007474. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on William W. Huffman, Esq., of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 101 East Kennedy Boulevard, Suite 2800, Tampa, Florida 33602, on or before thirty (30) days after the date of first publication of this Notice of Action, which will be published by Business Observer, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
