YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to reform and foreclose a mortgage on real property in Pinellas County, Florida which is legally described in attached Exhibit “A” has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Brian M. Becher, Esquire, Frank, Weinberg & Black, P.L., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 1875 NW Corporate Blvd., Suite 100, Boca Raton, Florida 33431, on or before the 30th day of October, 2023 (thirty (30) days from the first date of publication of this notice), and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorneys or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.

EAST 1/2 OF LOT 2, ALL OF LOT 3, 16 AND 17, BLOCK 1, SUNSET HILLS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA;
LESS AND EXCEPT:
A PORTION OF LOT 16, BLOCK 1, SUNSET HILLS AS SHOWN ON PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGIN AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 16, BLOCK 1, THENCE RUN NORTH 01 DEGREES 38 MINUTES 57 SECONDS WEST, 102.73 FEET THENCE EAST 12.00 FEET ALONG THE NORTH BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOT 16, THENCE SOUTH 05 DEGREES 02 MINUTES 00 SECONDS WEST 103.08 FEET ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOT 16 TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

line Hillcrest Avenue, as now established, 15.00 feet along the arc of a 740.0 foot curve concave to the right, subtended by a chord distance of 15.0 feet, bearing North 70 degrees 37 minutes 56 seconds West; thence North 23 degrees 32 minutes 11 seconds East, 100.98 feet; thence South 74 degrees 13 minutes 00 seconds East, 5.34 feet along the Northerly boundary line of said Lot 18 to the Northeast corner of said Lot 18; thence South 18 degrees 03 minutes 00 seconds West, 101.08 feet along the Easterly boundary line of said Lot 18 to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
