NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 200, as shown on Condominium Plat of CLOVERPLACE PHASE V, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 5669, Page 189, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
Property Address: 3143 Phlox Drive, Palm Harbor, Florida, 34684
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 2, 2023.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
