NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 28, 2023, entered in Case No. 22-004951-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, that the Clerk, Ken Burke, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Clerk's Website for online auctions, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on the 26th day of October, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
