NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 1303, Building 13, of VENETIA COUNTRY CLUB, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book
14909, Page 1961, and all subsequent amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 200 Country Club Dr., #1303, Largo, Florida, 33771.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 2, 2023.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
