YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose on the following real property in Polk County, Florida:
Lot 294, LAKE MARIANA ACRES UNIT THREE, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 76, Pages 25 and 26, of the Public Records of Polk County Florida.
TOGETHER with that certain 1986 CYPR singlewide mobile home with VIN No. C14010881065 situated thereon.
AND
An undivided 1/331 interest in the recreation area as shown on the plat of LAKE MARIANA ACRES, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 64, Page 10, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida;
AND
An undivided 1/331 interest in Lot 232 of LAKE MARIANA ACRES UNIT TWO, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 71, Page 35, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.

has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, Polk County, Florida, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses to the Complaint, if any, to Gregory A. Sanoba, Esq., 422 South Florida Avenue, Lakeland, Florida 33801, on or before May 3, 2024, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or
immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
