Notice is given that under a Final Summary Judgment dated March 13, 2024, and in Case No. 2021CA002488 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, in which ESTATES AT LAKE HAMMOCK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., the Plaintiff and MARIA ELISA OTERO MERCADO; JUAN RAMON OTERO NEGRON & UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUAN RAMON OTERO NEGRON NKA BRENDA L. MORALES OTERO the Defendant(s), the Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on June 11, 2024, the following described property set forth in the Final Summary Judgment:
Lot 23, of Estates at Lake Hammock, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 171, Page 23, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
