Final Judgment was awarded on March 21, 2024 in Civil Case No. 2023-CA-013909-O, of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A is the Plaintiff, and RONALD EUGENE CODY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA - DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
