Notice is hereby given that Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Clerk of Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, will, on May 14, 2024, at 11:00 AM, conduct through the Internet for Manatee County foreclosures at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Manatee County, Florida, to wit:
Unit 924, SHORELINE TERRACES IV AT PERICO BAY CLUB, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 1239, Page 1132, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
pursuant to the Stipulated Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 27, 2024, in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is Shoreline Terraces IV Association, Inc. vs. Fresh Legal Perspective, PL, and the Case number of which is number 2024 CC 769.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
