NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 27th day of March, 2024, and entered in Case No. 2023-CA-000379, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Mortgage Assets Management, LLC is the Plaintiff and HERMINIA MANCHA A/K/A HERMINIA MANCHA PACHECO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HERMINIA MANCHA A/K/A HERMINIA MANCHA PACHECO N/K/A JOSE PACHECO and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; and are defendants. Crystal K. Kinzel as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Collier County Government Complex, 1st Floor located at 3315
Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on the 6th day of June, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 15, NEWMARKET SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 104 AND 105, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE
CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
