TO ALL PERSONS HAVING CLAIMS OR DEMANDS AGAINST THE ABOVE ESTATE:
The administration of the estate of ARTHUR J. ASDOURIAN, deceased, Case No. 2022-CP-1491, is pending in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Suite 102, Naples, Florida 34112. The names and addresses of the personal representatives and the personal representatives' attorney are set forth below.
If not otherwise barred by Florida Statutes Section 733.710, no claim or other demand against decedent's estate is binding on the estate unless a claim is filed in the probate proceeding on or before the later of the date that is 3 months after the time of the first publication of the notice to creditors or, as to any creditor required to be served with a copy of the notice to creditors, 30 days after the date of service on the creditor.
ALL CLAIMS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
