BOARD OF SUPERVISORS REVISED MEETING DATES BELMONT COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT FISCAL YEAR 2023-2024
The Board of Supervisors of the Belmont Community Development District will hold their regular meetings for the remainder Fiscal Year 2023-2024 at the Vista Palms Clubhouse, 5019 Grist Mill Court, Wimauma, FL 33598, at 10:00 a.m. on the 3rd Wednesday of each month unless otherwise indicated as follows:

June 19, 2024
July 17, 2024
August 21, 2024
September 18, 2024
The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. The meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. A copy of the agenda for these meetings may be obtained from Governmental Management Services - Tampa, LLC, 4530 Eagle Falls Place, Tampa, Florida 33619 or by calling (813) 344-4844 (“District Office”).
There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors or staff will participate by telephone.
