NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28th day of March, 2024, and entered in Case No. 22-CA-003603, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and TIFFANY BUTLER; HARRY LEE BUTLER JR.; CARLTON LAKES HOMEOWNERS I ASSOCIATION, INC.; NVR, INC.; SOUTHFORK LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CARLTON DEVELOPMENT LLC; and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. Cindy Stuart as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 30th day of May, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT LOT OF LAND SITUATE IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS AND BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 10 AS SHOWN ON PLAT ENTITLED “CARLTON LAKES PHASE 1A, 1B-1, AND 1B-2” AND RECORDED WITH THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA IN BOOK 126, PAGE 228-241.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
