NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28th day of March, 2024, and entered in Case No. 21-CA-005775, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and CSC, UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ROBERT CAMPBELL A/K/A ROBERT L. CAMPBELL A/K/A ROBERT LOUIE CAMPBELL, LINDA FAY CAMPBELL, UNKNOWN TENANT and SARAH E. CAMPBELL are defendants. Cindy Stuart as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 28th day of May, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, GIBSON`S ARTESIAN LANDS SECTION NO. 3, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 38, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS AND EXCEPT THE EAST 25 FEET THEREOF. TOGETHER WITH 1992 PALM MOBILE HOME, ID #ACPHY067978AFL, TITLE #63509951 AND ID #ACPHY067978BFL, TITLE #6350992 AND ID #ACPHY067978CFL, TITLE #6350993
