NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 26, 2024 and entered in Case No. 22-000429-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF THE MFA 2020-NQM3 TRUST is Plaintiff and RYAN A. SCHAUB A/K/A RYAN SCHAUB; UNKNOWN PARTY #1; UNKNOWN PARTY #2; UNKNOWN PARTY #3, and UNKNOWN PARTY #4 THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACOUNT FOR PARTIES IN POSSESSION; DEEP SPRING COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 10:00 A.M., on April 25, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, DEEP SPRING, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 105, PAGE(S) 55 THROUGH 58, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
