NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 1219, KAPOK MANOR CONDOMINIUM VILLAGE ONE, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 22, Page 48, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4353, Pages 875-927, inclusive, and amended in O.R. Book 5177, Page 205, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 1219 N. McMullen Booth Rd., Clearwater, Florida, 33759.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 16, 2024.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
