NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 05, 2024, and entered in 19-008494-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WELLS FARGO BANK MINNESOTA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE F/K/A NORWEST BANK MINNESOTA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-OSI is the Plaintiff and LINDA KAY FERGUSON A/K/A LINDA FERGUSON; SOMERSET LAKES NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE FRANCOISE MASSON KIMBALL TRUST; UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE FRANCOISE MASSON KIMBALL TRUST are the Defendant(s).
