NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 28, 2024, and entered in 19-004992-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein US BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR VRMTG ASSET TRUST is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ROBERT A FORLIZZO; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY; THE BENTLEY AT COBB'S LANDING CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; JENNIFER FORLIZZO MCGRAW; THOMAS CHRISTOPHER FORLIZZO; SYNOVUS BANK OF TAMPA BAY are the Defendant(s).
