NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 13, 2024, and entered in Case No. 22-001299-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF DELORIS O. ELSTON A/K/A DELORIS ORLICH ELSTON; ROBIN ELSTONE SMITH; MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY THE GULF UNIT NO. TWO, ASSOCIATION, INC.; RONI VEST; RIQUE ELSTON; RORI BLEDSOE, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court for PINELLAS County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 9TH day of MAY, 2024, the following described property as set forth in the final judgment, to wit:
LOT 37, BLOCK 49, OF MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY THE GULF, UNIT NO. 2, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3071, PAGE 647; RE-RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3113, PAGE 516 AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 1 THROUGH 8, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS SET FORTH IN THE EXHIBITS TO THE SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM; TOGETHER WITH EASEMENT RIGHTS CONTAINED IN MUTUAL EASEMENT AGREEMENT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7297, PAGE 1780, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
