NOTICE OF INTENT TO DESIGNATE POSITIONS TO SENIOR
MANAGEMENT SERVICE CLASS
Notice is hereby given that the City of Bunnell intends to designate the positions of Senior Intelligence Analyst and Human Resources Manager to the Senior Management Service Class, pursuant to Florida Statutes 121.055.
Positions added to this class must be a managerial or policymaking position filled by an employee who is not subject to a continuing contract and who serves at the pleasure of the local agency employer without civil service protection, and who: (1) heads an organizational unit; or (2) has responsibility to effect or recommend personnel, budget expenditure or policy decisions in his/her areas of responsibility.
