NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, Re-Establishment of Lost Note, Reformation of Mortgage, Reformation of Deed and Assignment of Leases and Rents dated April 02, 2024, issued in and for Orange County, Florida, in Case No. 2023-CA-007389-O, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE IGLOO SERIES IV TRUST is the Plaintiff, and JAMES M. SMITH A/K/A JAMES SMITH, LOREE CELESTE SMITH A/K/A LOREE SMITH, UPTOWN PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, CITY OF ORLANDO, NICOLE M. SETZER, TOPPER INVESTMENTS, LLC and CONDOMINIUM CONVERSION SPECIALISTS-UPTOWN, LLC are the Defendants.
