NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment dated November 30, 2023 and entered in Case No. 22000806CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein ROTONDA WEST ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Defendant/Cross-Plaintiff, and CATHERINE MULLANE and the other above-named defendant parties are the Defendants/Cross-Defendants.
The Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 3, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
