PUBLIC NOTICE
The Manatee County Floodplain Management section, in accordance with National Flood Insurance Program regulation 65.7(b)(1), hereby gives notice of the Manatee County intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located at the southwest corner of SR 64 E and Uihlein Road. Specifically, the flood hazard information will be revised within the Mill Creek Watershed. Neal Communities constructed a residential development located at the southwest corner of SR 64 E and Uihlein Road as part of Marisol Development.
As a result of the revision, the 1% annual chance water-surface elevations shall be established, and the 1% annual chance floodplain shall widen, narrow and/or be established within the area of revision.
Maps and detailed analysis of the revision can be reviewed at the Manatee County Administration Building 1112 Manatee Avenue West Bradenton, FL 34205. Interested persons may call the Jessica Remkiewicsz at 941-748-4501, Monday through Thursday during normal business hours.
