The action was instituted in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit Court, Sarasota County, Florida, and is styled MARGARET MITCHELL vs. SARA BUSH, deceased, and any Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Creditors, or other Parties Claiming Any Legal or Equitable Right, Title, Estate, Lien, or Interest in the Property Described in the Complaint Adverse to Platintiff's Title, or Any Cloud on Plaintiff's Title Thereto, inclusive, Defendants.
