NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the In Rem Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 5th day of April 2024, in Case No. 23-CA-001180, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is the Plaintiff and TONY HAROLD ULRICH JR A/K/A TONY HAROLD ULRICH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TONY HAROLD ULRICH JR A/K/A TONY HAROLD ULRICH; AYERSWORTH GLEN 3A HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; AYERSWORTH GLEN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 A/K/A EDWIN VELAZQUEZ, are the Defendants.
