YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a civil action for declaratory and equitable relief to rescind a satisfaction of mortgage procured by Defendants through fraud and to reinstate a mortgage of record for the real property located at 2208 Jackson Avenue, Alva Florida 33920, in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
Los 7-9, Block 31, Unit 8, Section 2, Township 44 South, Range 27 East, Lehigh Acres, according to the Map or Plat thereof on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 5, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
has been filed against you on January 5, 2024, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, upon Sara D. Accardi, Esquire, Thousand & One, 1001 Water Street, Suite 1000, Tampa, FL 33602, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer and file the original with the Kevin C. Karnes, the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint filed herein.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO (2) CONSECUTIVE WEEKS.
