NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 22nd day of April, 2024, and entered in Case No. 2023-000714 CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein REGIONS BANK, D/B/A REGIONS MORTGAGE is the Plaintiff and IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, 10:00 AM on the 15th day of May, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 13, Block 7, CROSSROADS ESTATES SECOND ADDITION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 61, Page 71, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
